Forest bathing- Shinrin Yoku
This workshop is designed for individuals who wish to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance through a guided Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) experience.
Through gentle, mindful immersion in nature, participants will reconnect with their senses and natural rhythm, experience deep relaxation and nervous system regulation, cultivate presence, clarity, and a sense of grounded calm
A Shinrin-Yoku session focuses on slowing down, sensory awareness, and quiet connection with the forest, allowing each participant to experience nature in a personal and meaningful way.
The workshop supports a renewed connection to the natural environment and to oneself, without pressure or expectations. We focus on safety, presence, and gentle exploration, so that participants can rediscover stillness, balance, and the restorative power of nature.
